  • 100% Outpatient Focus: Partner with a Medical Oncologist and Clinic RN and present as the patients care team.
  • Caseload: After fully onboarded, you'd manage 12-15 patients per day.
  • Collaborative Support: You will be joining a local team of 6 Medical Oncologists, 3 Surgical Oncologists, 4 Radiation Oncologists, and 4 Medical Oncology APPs.What You'll Need
    • Strong Oncology Knowledge: We're seeking candidates with a passion for oncology and a desire to grow within a high-volume, high-acuity outpatient setting.

    • Flexibility & Commitment: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday (8-5 position supporting outpatient service with a consistent schedule).Common Questions
      • Pay: Competitive compensation ($130,461.00-$149,955 starting pay based on YOE), annual quality incentive + merit increase, with full benefits package, including sign on and relocation bonus.
      • Schedule: 4x10's Monday-Friday (Day Off TBD), no weekends, no call

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $130,461.00 - $176,947.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
