Coordinator to join a growing healthcare team. This role is ideal
for an organized, compassionate professional with experience in
healthcare scheduling and coordination who thrives in a fast-paced,
people-centered environment. Position Details Full-time, in-office
during initial training period Hybrid work option available after
90 days of successful in-office training and performance
Monday-Friday schedule (some flexibility may be required) Key
Responsibilities Coordinate and manage client care schedules with
accuracy and efficiency Match clients with appropriate caregivers
based on needs, availability, and continuity of care Communicate
professionally with clients, caregivers, and internal team members
Respond to schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent coverage needs
Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records Support
overall client satisfaction and continuity of care Preferred
Qualifications 1 year of experience in healthcare scheduling or
care coordination Experience with RCC, staffing, or healthcare
scheduling strongly preferred Strong communication, organization,
and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and remain calm
under pressure Comfortable working with scheduling systems and
basic technology Reliable, detail-oriented, and client-focused What
