other. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Serves as cross-functional campaign lead, collaborating with
internal and external partners, including Legal, publisher
relations, web production, eCommerce and product development
groups.
- Partners with Manager and advertising team in leading the
development of campaign strategies and recommendations for
seasonal, quarterly and launch-related advertising campaigns across
digital channels. -
- Map out targeting strategies leveraging available data to serve
relevant ads to the right customers on the right channels.
- Oversees agency partners in the development and execution of
paid media and creative strategies for digital products and service
campaigns.
- Facilitates the advertising creative process, including
creative brief, concept development, creative review and internal
approval processes.
- Manages production of creative, including budgets and
timelines. -
- Manages agency media planning and buying for campaigns,
including partnerships, custom programs and data/retargeting
initiatives.
- Ensures that campaigns are running and delivering as
planned.
- Reviews and analyzes data from various sources and provides key
insights to determine real-time improvements and overall
effectiveness of campaigns.
- Ensures the quality of deliverables conforms to Nintendo of
America (NOA) standards (legal/ESRB compliance, marketing strategy,
etc.).
- Tracks campaign budgets, marketing ROI and sales
performance.
- Prepares presentations summarizing campaign strategy, creative,
key performance metrics and actionable findings and presents to
executive management as needed.
- Acts as back-up for manager, as needed, in various
cross-functional team meetings. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
- Five or more years of relevant Marketing experience
- Experience with programmatic display, paid social, and video
advertising. -
- Experience managing paid media creative process for video and
static ads.
- Experience with third party online ad serving solutions
(DoubleClick for Advertisers, Sizmek, etc.) -
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and
PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of standard analytics tools and packages,
such as Google Analytics or Adobe Marketing Suite/Omniture
- Proofing and editing skills
- Experience in coordinating marketing assets and approvals
- Video Games industry experience a plus
- A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and
understanding of online advertising industry trends
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications
or a related field, or equivalent
