You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Benefits: 401(k) Insurance Flexible hours Vacation time Compensation: $22 - $24 plus bonus Responsibilities: Take additional maintenance requests as assigned Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Qualifications: Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques High school diploma/GED or equivalent Over 2 years of maintenance experience Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems About Company Located just outside of Seattle and Tacoma, La Quinta® by Wyndham Auburn provides a memorable stay in the Pacific Northwest.
