Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience Hours: Tuesday - Saturday schedule Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record HVAC Maintenance experience preferred Ability to operate power and hand tools safely Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering Maintenance Technician Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills Qualifications desired: Excellent verbal skills Professional phone skills Strong interpersonal skills 2 years experience in maintenance Energetic personality Well organized and ability to work independently
