experience): $31.09 - $44.41 . Job Summary Coordinates and promotes
events, community-focused activities and educational programs for
Summit Pacific. Manages relationships with employees, service
providers and community members, acting as a customer service
liaison to strengthen relationships, increase patient/customer
numbers, and develop new services or programs that support the
Summit Pacific mission and vision. Collaborates with management in
decision making. Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities Works in
partnership with Marketing Communications Manager to identify
opportunities and design community-focused activities and education
programs, including but not limited to classes, seminars,
activities, and support groups. Provides insight and ideas to
optimize the use of available space and resources to support Summit
Pacific’s mission and vision. Executes a variety of scheduled and
ad hoc events on behalf of the hospital district and provides event
coordination support to other departments as needed. Coordinates
reservations and schedules, catering orders, room set-up,
audio/visual, and logistics. Works closely and collaboratively with
Executive Assistants, Events Coordinator and other staff as needed
to coordinate internal and external activities and avoid scheduling
conflicts with internal meetings and events. Serves as the primary
point of contact for community members seeking to use Summit
Pacific facilities. Manages public requests to use Summit Pacific
facilities. Handles all interactions with tact and courtesy,
ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of assigned
activities. Works with appropriate stakeholders to develop and
maintain Facility Use policies and procedures. Accurately collects
and processes deposits and fees. Represents Summit Pacific and
actively promotes programs and services at community events.
Develops flyers and support materials; presents information to
individuals, organizations, and/or community groups. Maintains
accurate records and statistics. Monitors customer experience and
satisfaction; makes program adjustments as indicated. Provides
regular and ad hoc reports. Ensures interested/involved parties are
aware of any issues/problems and related resolutions. Prepares kits
with swag, linens and collateral materials for other employees and
departments that are attending tradeshows, conferences, hosting
event booths, etc. Assists in the preparation of flyers, brochures
and other Summit Pacific collateral as directed by the Marketing
Manager. Assists in the development and implementation of social
media campaigns that accomplish specific goals and objectives.
Social media campaign objectives may include, but are not limited
to, educating viewers, highlighting the district’s accomplishments
and employees, and events as directed by the Marketing Manager.

Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Two (2) years of directly
related community education and/or community relations experience.

Familiar and have working experience with design software Adobe
Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Experience in
creating presentations and slides using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify and employ communication strategies appropriate
to the audience. Grammar and punctuation skills as needed to
