The Company's Global Talent Marketing team is looking for a top-notch Creative Graphic Designer who specializes in bringing brand experiences to life while creating an emotional connection with our audience of talented professionals and students. We are looking for someone with passion for all things design, marketing, and creativity, including everything from print, copywriting, branding, advertising, motion design, video, digital, photo shoots, social and storytelling. The Creative Designer day-to-day responsibilities include Design development of marketing assets storytelling content to support Talent Marketing and Recruiting efforts, including but not limited to event signage, marketing campaign materials, digital storytelling content, social assets, internal communication materials Collaborate on recruitment marketing efforts and creative ideation across various teams stakeholders Act as a brand steward and ensure adherence to brand standards of all marketing materials, including those designed and developed in-house, by recruiting partners, and external agencies Management of ad-hoc design marketing requests REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of consistent experience in design marketing at a recognized interactive agency or Fortune 500 company (Previous consulting or company vendor experience a plus) Graphic design background with proficiency in a wide range of mediums and software (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.) Experience with illustration andor animation a plus Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns with experience and understanding of marketing social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Strong writing and verbal communication skill And confidence in presenting to senior management Solid project and time management skills Candidates will be requested to provide a portfolio as part of the screening process Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
