based in Redmond, WA to provide technical support for our
in-vehicle hardware and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. We
are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, customer
service-oriented person with a strong technical background and
ability to learn new technology quickly, who will help manage and
---nourish--- the relationship with both long-term and new
customers. The candidate needs to be excited by the opportunity to

transportation. DDS Wireless is currently seeking a talented
individual to join our team of dedicated professionals for a
Customer Support Technician based in Rerdmond Washington to provide
technical support for our in-vehicle hardware and Software as a
Service (SaaS). We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated,
customer service-oriented person with a strong technical background
and ability to learn new technology quickly, who will help manage
and ---nourish--- the relationship with both long-term and new
customers. The candidate needs to be excited by the opportunity to

critical environment Duties & Responsibilities: -- Successful
Customer Support / Account Management track record and expertise to
develop strong customer relationships build on quality,
reliability, trust and a ---customer first--- attitude. --
Technical experience executing project deployments and providing
customer service. -- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
(Salesforce Service Cloud preferred). -- Excellent customer service
skills and experience is essential. -- Ability to communicate, both
verbally and in writing with customers and internal groups. --
Ability to prioritize competing work assignments and initiative to
complete tasks. -- Excellent communication skills, verbal and
written. -- Travel to DDS Wireless offices in Canada and customer
sites in North America possible. -- Knowledge and experience with
mobile hardware technology and enterprise or SaaS systems would be
an asset. -- Valid Category D Vehicle Drivers License. Key
Responsibilities: -- Monitoring of the AWS hosted SAAS solutions
and in-vehicle hardware systems. -- Develop expertise with deployed
in-vehicle devices to provide tier 1 support. -- Conduct training
sessions for in-vehicle hardware and SaaS software. -- Maintain
records of monitoring and issue response activities. -- Respond to
customer issues, anticipate issues, and drive the implementation of
resolutions. -- Follow customers security protocols concerning
access and data. Qualifications: Bachelor---s degree in Information
Systems or equivalent experience. Job Type: Full-time DDS Wireless
