Job Description:

Responsibilities: --- Process engineering related services that span the nanofabrication processes and toolsets including but not limited to lithography and patterning, cleaning, deposition, etch, metrology and simulation, adhesive dispensing, and chip mounting/bonding.: --- Levels can be distinguished as Tech 1, Tech 2 --- Attend shift turn-over meetings and document lots processed in passdown notes --- Follow and maintain standard operating specs for each of the nanofabrication and packaging disciplines --- Assist process engineers in implementing wafer fab processes for cleaning, patterning, deposition, etch and metrology by operating relevant nanofabrication tools or in implementing packaging processes for singulation, coating, cleaning, assembling and inspecting by operating relevant packaging and metrology tools. --- Conduct monitoring runs and associated data collection to support SPC (Statistical Process Control) and tool stability --- Assist in processing Design of Experiments and data compilation --- Assist in performing data analysis in collaboration with process engineering and failure analysis of equipment in collaboration with equipment engineering --- Support equipment maintenance, repair, material movement through line and logistics --- Maintain tool status in MES or other systems as needed. --- Assist Process Engineers in preparing process specific training materials, including but not limited to SOPs and reactionary documentation. --- Follow semiconductor standard safety and operations protocols --- Execute all relevant tool and material movement transactions to ensure MES data and inventories are correct --- Train new team members
