Graphics Engineer
SummaryAs a graphics research engineer on the team, you will help
us build a pipeline to reconstruct physical objects using a variety
of cutting edge techniques.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate development of one or more graphics-related research
projects in Digital Twin Team.
- Work with the team to brainstorm and develop novel technique
prototypes and solutions for 3D reconstruction and rendering
- Develop and optimize tools, software and algorithms related to
simulation engine, 3D reconstruction and rendering with GPU
rendering and compute.
- Implement tools to support end to end pipeline for generating,
simulating and rendering of Digital Twin world in Cloud
Infrastructure.
- Dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies, and embrace
the ambiguity of AR/VR problem solving.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary research and engineering
teams working on Nerf, ML Training, Simulation.
- QualificationsBS degree or higher in Computer Science or
related field.
- Strong Knowledge of linear algebra, real-time rendering, image
processing techniques, and game engine architectures.
- Strong knowledge on experience on GPU programming, such as
DirectX, Vulkan, OpenGL, Cuda
- Graphics experience with good understanding of key rendering
concepts, such as lighting and shading, PBR materials, ray tracing,
differentiable rendering, or related work.
- Strong experience in C/C++ programming, familiar with python
programming.
- Familiar with cloud based infrastructure
- Unreal Engine ExperiencePreferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding and hands-on experiences in one or more of
the following: GPU design/optimization, real-time ray tracing or
rasterization solutions, physics-based real-time or offline
rendering, differentiable/inverse rendering, 3D
reconstruction.
- Experience with various types of 3D geometry like polygons,
curves, subdivision surfaces, displacement mapping, and signed
distance fields.
- Demonstrated software engineering experience within a complex
codebase via work experience, or contributions to open source
repositories such as GitHub.
- Experience with real-time game engine development.
- Post-graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
Pay range is $89.00-$93.00 per hour with full benefits available,
including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance,
401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost
of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on
several factors including market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
