Job Description Job Description Fuze HR Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing and machining company in the aerospace and defense industries to add a Deburr Technician to their growing team. We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy handson work in a fastpaced production environment. Deburr Technician Responsibilities: Perform finishing operations including deburring, sanding, scraping, polishing, grinding, and cleaning Inspect parts for defects and report any issues Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and basic blueprints Identify and report faulty materials, tools, or operations Meet daily and weekly production schedules Maintain a clean and safe work environment Operate hand and power tools (grinders, sanders, vibratory deburr equipment) Deburr Technician Requirements: Strong attendance, time management, and attention to detail Ability to stand, sit, bend, and perform finemotor tasks for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Fluent English communication skills High school diploma or GED (must meet ITAR requirements) Reliable transportation Must follow all company safety policies and procedures Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance ShortTerm & LongTerm Disability 401(k) Voluntary supplemental insurance options Why Join Us?
