your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking
for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to support
the 767 Compliance team in Everett, Washington. A manager in this
role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and
program goals while developing a work environment that promotes
accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. This role will
lead a team of 10 people. Position Responsibilities: - Manages
employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to
manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns - Develops
and executes project and process plans, implements policies and
procedures and sets operational goals - Acquires resources for
projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers
and leads process improvements - Develops and maintains
relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers,
partners and direct reports - Provides oversight and approval of
technical approaches, products and processes - Manages, develops
and motivates employees Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): - 3 years of experience in Aerospace,
Fabrication, or manufacturing environment - 3 years of experience
leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role - 3 years
of experience in lean processes and initiatives - 3 years of
experience with data analysis - 3 years of experience in senior
level communication including presentation development and report
outs - 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,
Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - 3 years of experience in collaborative
problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in
written and verbal communication Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): - Experience working within procedures aimed at
showing/finding compliance to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
regulations - Familiarity with One BPS (Boeing Production System)

Summary Pay Range: $126,000 - $154,000 Applications for this
