Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical
experience. 5 years of experience in program management. 5 years of
experience in Radio Frequency (RF) system design or managing
wireless communication technology projects. 3 years of experience
in program management, specifically launching technical standards
across wide geographies. 3 years of experience with the
construction or deployment phase of critical infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications: Professional certification in program or
project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
or Program Management Professional (PgMP). Master's degree in
Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical
experience. 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or
cross-team projects. Experience with large-scale data center
networking architecture and operations. Experience in financial
planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for multi-year

full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Act as the primary technical point of contact for
new data center construction, providing expert guidance,
troubleshooting, and managing all technical documentation for radio
fleets. Guide global radio upgrade programs, coordinating
cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and 100%
uptime for critical communication channels. Work with internal
stakeholders and external hardware vendors to ensure DCRadio
remains secure and policy-aligned, and collaborate with partner
teams to measure system reliability and program success. Define,
maintain, and lead the integration of global standards, technical
specifications, and master design templates for DCRadio
infrastructure across varying Data Center (DC) scales.
