777 Lean & Boeing Production System - Chief of Staff Company:
The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for
a proactive Chief of Staff (Level 5) to support Lean Manufacturing
& BPS on the 777 Team in Everett, Washington . We are seeking a
dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff for the 777 Lean & Boeing
Production System (BPS) Organization to drive operational
excellence across our production system. This role represents a
unique opportunity to influence and shape a high-impact continuous
improvement agenda within a growing and innovative organization. A
successful candidate will excel in the following: Working cross
functionally through influence Strong project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills Data Mining and
Analytics Event Planning & Tours – Program & Enterprise Logistics
Preparation of Executive Level Presentations Knowledge of Boeing
Production System & Operations This position will play a pivotal
role in partnering directly with the 777 Leadership Team & BCA
Manufacturing & Safety to drive Lean Improvements and standards for
the program. Position Responsibilities: Serve as a Lean/BPS
consultant, utilizing Lean methodologies to drive continuous
improvement initiatives across the organization Trains less
experienced employees in group leadership and facilitation skills
Coordinates complex activities across multiple functions and
outside organizations to maintain and improve operational
efficiency in support of enterprise operations Identifies and
mitigates the impact of changes on the production system Leads
teams to conduct assessments of processes and practices for
comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and
interprets data Provides feedback on assessment results and
identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of
risk Leads organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics
to achieve business objectives Works under consultative direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5 years of
experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
5 years of experience with data analysis 5 years of experience in
senior level communication including presentation development and
report outs Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
Outlook, PowerPoint) 5 years of experience in collaborative problem
solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written
and verbal communication Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher Familiarity with
One BPS (Boeing Production System) Lean Knowledge PMP Certification
