Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our

responsibilities Specifically, in this role you will: • Monitor and
resolve supply chain challenges, including material availability,
capacity constraints, and logistics, to ensure on-time delivery. •
Track supplier performance to cost, quality, and schedule targets;
identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to maintain
program commitments. • Lead supplier readiness for production by
ensuring manufacturing processes, tooling, and resources are
capable of meeting program requirements for large composite
structures. • Partner with internal engineering, operations, and
quality teams to resolve technical and production issues, ensuring
supplier alignment with Amazon Leo program needs. • Drive supplier
improvement initiatives in yield, throughput, and cycle time,
implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Work with a range of stakeholders including business leaders,
engineering leaders, legal, program management, and supply chain to
negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts including term
sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements, component
purchase agreements and others. • Build strong relationships with
supplier leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling
transparent issue resolution and alignment on program objectives. •
Act as the primary interface between Amazon Leo operations,
engineering, and supply chain team, resolving production and
technical issues to ensure reliable, on-time delivery - 5 years of
technical product or program management experience - 7 years of
working directly with engineering teams experience - 3 years of
software development experience - 5 years of technical program
management working directly with software engineering teams
experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional
teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 5
years of supply chain experience - 5 years of project management
disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with
risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing
projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable
processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining
KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
