The 1ES Security Tooling team is looking for a Program Manager to define and drive creation of developer tooling to ensure that Microsoft teams can easily develop secure and trustworthy software. The 1ES Security Tooling team delivers on this mission by integrating automated security analysis and reporting into the 1ES DevOps engineering system used by more than 50,000 Microsoft engineers. As Program Manager 2 in 1ES Security Tooling, you will be investigating pain points of many different customers across Microsoft (developers, security/compliance champs, executive leaders and more) to design automated tooling solutions to ensure Microsoft teams deliver only secure, trustworthy open software.Microsoft teams use our solutions Component Governance, CredScan-on-push, Trust Services Automation (TSA) and more to find and fix tens of thousands of serious security issues every month. You will work with engineering teams and security teams throughout Microsoft to drive these and other new security solutions to even greater successes.QualificationsRequired qualifications:3 years of relevant Program Management experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred qualifications:Bachelor---s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields Excellent understanding of and experience in engineering systems Experience in developer securityExperience with Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) or other telemetry analysis solutionsExperience with open source and particularly open source package managers, along with understanding of their use in the software development lifecycleAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
