At the forefront of the action is our Critical Environment & Hardware Solutions Engineering organization.#COICAREERSResponsibilitiesDevelop a procedure for the provision of cost and schedule risk assessments on every construction project in the portfolio from site selection stage through to the completion of the projectManage the cost risk program to ensure that risk registers and risk models are available on all projects to support decisions at every milestoneFacilitate the risk workshops on every project so that a detailed risk register is available to the project team at every milestone.Produce QRA models on cost and schedule based on the project risk register that will detail the risks, impacts and mitigation plansIncorporate the QRA results into the portfolio reporting system to allow project, regional and global level reportingIntegrate the risk portfolio into the change management and lessons learned tools to provide the business with a closed loop on risk and change.QualificationsDeep knowledge of cost and schedule risk and how they can be incorporated into a risk assessment5 years' experience on a major construction programWorking knowledge of construction cost and schedule management Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with all other areas of the data center program, be able to think strategically, ability to facilitate a room of senior construction management leaders to produce a risk register and mitigation plansConstruction degree or Construction commercial management degree or Quantity Surveying degreeBachelors in construction. Preferably project controls or quantity surveying relatedPreferred Qualifications:RICS full membership (MRICS or FRICS) or equivalentSenior project controls qualificationExperience working with QRA tools such as @RiskMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
