We love dogs Dogs don't judge, and neither do we, for goodness sakeCATEGORY E-CommercePOSITION Ecommerce + Digital Marketing ManagerDescription Position Summary: The Ecommerce + Digital Marketing Manager strategizes and executes the marketing plan to increase glassybaby's Ecommerce business, optimizing the customer experience with our brand. The Manager will bring innovative ideas on how to build the brand through website functionality, user interface, landing page optimization, and effective online merchandising of products. This position is located at our headquarters in Redmond, WA. Primary Duties:

  • Develops and maintains glassybaby digital channels by managing all aspects of glassybaby digital properties including the oversight of usability, graphics and content
  • Leads strategy and execution for key digital marketing channels with the goal of driving more traffic to the website and retail locations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on the design and execution of weekly emails - layout, links, and testing
  • Provides SEO and internet marketing expertise to develop a more robust strategy to generate more leads to drive stronger conversion.
  • Works closely with cross-functional partners (e.g., president, retail, production manager, marketing, social media, photographer, etc) to align on monthly strategies
    • Manages website content and enhances overall customer experience on the website. Ensures the content is current, aligned with our brand, and shared in a way that will increase customer demand and convert visits into sales
    • Develops and implements web merchandising strategy; manages product inventory
    • Identifies and recommends new site content and experiences to address customer needs based on analytics, feedback, surveys, and competitive analysis
    • Provide thought leadership in all aspects of Ecommerce and new technologies to build the organization's expertise and keep glassybaby at the forefront of best practice digital brand marketing.
    • Manage development partners:
      • all website integration projects
      • ticket management (tasks, projects, bugs)
      • continual prioritization of projects based and budget and business needs
      • new functionality release management
      • sign off on all QA testing prior to and functional website go live
      • Collaborate with the glassybaby foundation on marketing and promotion
      • All other duties as assignedPM21POSITION REQUIREMENTS Qualifications:
        • 5-7 years of experience in internet marketing, preferably in an ecommerce multi-channel setting
        • Strong e-commerce, online merchandising and marketing experience
        • Experience with Shopify + NetSuite preferred
        • Experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, php direction
        • Strong analytical skills
        • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in an efficient, organized, detail-oriented manner.
        • Motivated self-starter
        • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, POS, and creative software
        • Professional, courteous and clear verbal and written communication skills Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Frequent walking and occasional sitting. Must be able to speak and hear well enough to conduct conversations. Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work in an environment where noise level is usually moderate.
