We are the office of the CTO for Microsoft. Whether it is providing insights to the SLT, giving meaning to an "AI First" company, or helping to define the true meaning and impact of "Edge Computing", the Office of the CTO is down in the trenches, working with our engineering teams across the company. We gather information, synthesize recommendations, drive cross company workstreams and cross industry partnerships and engage in activities that inform the CTO and move the needle on Microsoft's strategic and technical direction.We are looking for a special senior PM who can work in the Office of the CTO as a PM of many talents. You're seeking a greater understanding of our business at a global level, and you want to have a positive impact on making the Office of the CTO maximally effective. You want to improve the agility and effectiveness of the team by supporting various action-oriented initiatives over time, amplifying their effectiveness by augmenting deliverables beyond what an individual can achieve. You have various abilities, such as being able to synthesize random thoughts into meaningful discourse which leads to actions. You have a demonstrated ability to provide guidance to your leadership. You are comfortable grasping technical as well as non-technical concepts from multiple different product areas. Your scope of understanding goes beyond mere product features, and extends to knowledge of business processes, and strategic market driven thinking. You have a can-do attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves and take on any task which is necessary for the group to succeed.
