Are you passionate about putting yourself in the shoes of the
customer? Do you have proven success in driving 'customer first'
marketing across disciplines? If so, this role could be for you. A
newly created role within the GDC, this marketing communications
and storytelling leader has the unique opportunity to synthesize
customer insights in order to build prescriptive recommendations to
help drive both content strategy and digital experiences. As a key
member of the GDC Lifecycle Programs team, you will be an integral
part of our transformation, supporting a customer and cultural
consistency function through coordinated strategy and tactic
development. You will be responsible for creating and implementing
our customer insights strategy, including driving cross-commercial,
cross-audience, cross-product research and insights, making
research outputs accessible, digestible and actionable for the
whole organization, and driving action plans to implement and
infuse customer insights through cross-channel marketing plans.
Altogether, this work will require you will work with multiple
internal stakeholders and external agency partners to help
implement your vision and strategy.
