Job Description:
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT PM
100% REMOTE
CONTRACT for 6 months
Responsibilities include:
Create content for team members to consume, both as they join the
team (onboarding) throughout their tenure (day-to-day work). This
may involve:
Capturing IP from team members
Determining the optimal format for consumption (document, video,
etc.)
Creating the content asset
Posting the content to the team's SharePoint site
Update existing content assets as information changes. Our team is
dynamic, and there are key content assets that will need to be
updated on a fairly frequent basis.
Organize and deliver training on knowledge team members need to
develop. Much of this training will center on how-to information
(e.g., how to request a purchase order, how to find people using
Who+, etc.).
Training can be live or recorded for asynchronous consumption
Provide input into the knowledge management infrastructure that
houses information, resources and tools for the team, with the goal
of optimizing the experience, making content easily discoverable
and consumable.
Perform SharePoint site administrative tasks, such as creating new
pages, uploading content and taking action on SharePoint compliance
action items
Skills and Experience:
Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and
attention to detail
Project management experience preferred
Experience developing content, preferably spanning written and
video formats preferred
Experience developing and delivering training is a plus
Foundational knowledge of user or market research is a plus
Experience creating or administering in SharePoint a plus
Ability to think through systems and processes a plus
Prior Microsoft work experience is a plus, but not essential
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong client and partner engagement skills
Effective collaborator
Proficient in: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; baseline
understanding of SharePoin
