Job Description:
Our Early Talent team is seeking a Program Manager with strong
project management and partnership skills to manage and grow our
programs within the U.S. In this role, you will lead key
operations, recruitment efforts, and infrastructure to run and
scale our Finance Rotation Program (FRP) and be a key business
partner to executive sponsors in Finance. This role will report to
the Finance Early Talent Lead and partner closely with Finance and
HR professionals across the organization.Do you have a passion for

Finance Early Talent team within our Finance Human Resource Team
("Finance HR").More about the Team:Our Early Talent team drives our
strategy and vision to hire incredible university talent from
around the world and provide them with real-world experiences,
coaching, and focused training to hone their financial and business
acumen and increase their impact today and in the future. Our
largest program is the FRP, which is a two-year rotation program
for full-time employees hired directly from university. Today, FRP
has over 100 analysts globally who explore different areas of the
business through four, six-month rotations. As we look ahead, we're
prioritizing program growth to support more locations and Finance
teams so that our program participants can be future finance and
business leaders in the years to come.Location Redmond (preferred),
Atlanta, Las Colinas or Reston, VA.
