mission. - -The Industry Solutions (IS) group provides professional
services that help Microsoft customers around the world get the
best outcomes from their investments in the latest Microsoft cloud
technologies. We focus on empowering customers on their digital
journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering solutions
that result in targeted business outcomes and a great customer
experience. -The Industry Solutions Healthcare & Life Sciences
Service Line's mission is to accelerate digital transformation for
our Provider, Payer, and Life Sciences customers. We seek to solve
the most pressing business challenges presenting across the
enterprise. Accordingly, we are seeking an experienced
self-starter, action oriented and customer focused Healthcare Data
Privacy & Compliance Technical Program Manager.
-ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated proven leadership in managing complex
compliance or risk programs from start to finish. -Ability and
experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders requiring
the ability to effectively manage the project across several teams.
- -A strong bias for action, strategic planning and thinking, and
the ability to organize and deliver new initiatives. - -Understand
how to evaluate control effectiveness; understand potential risks
and how to address them; be able to deliver high priority projects;
and have the ability to prioritize mitigation efforts using risk
management concepts. -Operate with a problem-solving,
solution-oriented mindset. Partner at all levels of the
organization to give advice, make decisions, support
customer-centric initiatives applying privacy-by-design principles;
also, enable business objectives while minimizing privacy risks.

-QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor's Degree
in related field AND 4+ years' experience in project management or
technical program management experience -OR Master's Degree in
related field AND 3+ years experience in project management or
technical program management experience -OR Doctorate Degree in
related field AND 3+ years experience in project management or
technical program management experience -OR equivalent experience.
-3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
-Additional or Preferred Qualifications -Healthcare experience is a
plus -Experience managing projects across cross functional teams,
building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
-Experience with information security frameworks, privacy
frameworks, privacy principles and/or compliance requirements (e.g.
privacy by design, data protection, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, data-flow
mapping, Encryption, pseudonymization or privacy impact
assessments) -Strong thought leadership, knowledge and experience
of global privacy laws, regulations and industry guidelines and
data protection frameworks such as HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
(US), GDPR (EU), CCPA (US), PIPL (China), LGPD (Brazil), ISO 27001,
HITRUST and/or NIST -Security or Privacy industry certifications
(CISSP, CISA/M. CIPP/M, HCISPP, CHPC) -Experience with Governance,
Risk, and Compliance tools and technology -Experience with
Information Security auditing and reporting, program or project
management, technology -Knowledge of risk and compliance standards,
processes, governance models, and industry standard compliance
frameworks. -Knowledge of cloud computing concept -Exceptional
communication and project management skills, including a strong
desire and ability to make complex topics understandable for
various audiences -Excellent executive functioning, organizational
skills and attention to detail -Solution-oriented with the ability
to think strategically and give practical advice by balancing
business needs with legal risks -Experience advancing projects in a
multi-stakeholder environment -Location/Travel:---You may be based
anywhere in the United States, remotely working. You can expect
limited global travel, 0-25%, and is contingent upon Covid-19

this role in the state of Colorado is between $122,800---and
$236,400. At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional
rewards, including annual---bonus---and stock. These awards are
allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain

on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and
