months. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Directly supervises Associate Staffing Specialists responsible
for associate operations in product testing.
- Ensures duties such as timecards, agency action memos, and
recruitment activities are executed according to established
practices. -
- Takes appropriate steps to create messaging and effectively
implement changes to departmental policies and day-to-day
communication of Product Testing Department operations with
approved associate vendors and external departments
- Tracks associate analytical data and trends specific to
staffing recruitment and performance.
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of product testing
work, including communicating Product Testing Department business
needs to agencies and associates.
- Supervises the Associate Staffing Specialists and provides
necessary support and guidance to meet and exceed objectives, while
maintaining positive morale with staff.
- Ensures compliance with departmental and company policies and
procedures.
- Actively engages in ongoing process improvement, as well as
personal development.
- Provides feedback to Associate Staffing Specialists on
development, evaluations, and salary/bonus recommendations.
- Analyzes past and current trends to manage workloads and
forecast future team needs and priorities.
- Identifies trends in questions, failures, etc. to identify
improvement opportunities.
- Creates a team environment with an open communication culture
that encourages creative thinking and teamwork.
- Communicates with internal and external partners at a highly
professional level.
- Reviews weekly and monthly reports generated by the team,
capturing KPI trends and adjusting strategies to meet KPI
targets.
- Creates and delivers performance reports for staffing needs to
all stakeholders.
- Manages multiple priorities at any given time, requiring a
high-level of organization and time management. SUMMARY OF
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in a capacity supervising and leading
others. -
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software and hardware QA or PM
experience.
- Highly knowledgeable about the different departments at
Nintendo with a proven ability to build strong relationships
between groups.
- Experience with work on complex issues, where analysis of
situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable
factors.
- Ability to respond to changes in work priorities and/or project
schedules in a flexible and responsive manner.
- Demonstrated success working with cross-departmental groups,
sharing best practices, and building relationships to ensure
alignment and practice of successful communication workflows.
- Excellent skills with verbal/written communication, problem
solving, and cross-group collaboration.
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office suite skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly confidential
environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines. This
position includes a base salary range of $71,102 - $106,654
annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance
bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical,
