Administrator role is a key pillar for Harbinger's US operations,
growth, and success. The role will give you opportunities to own
and drive key activities involving business document management and
employee communication and policies, assist in banking, payroll,
and accounting workflows, and continuously improve Harbinger's
operational processes. Strong organizational, communication,
interpersonal skills and creative problem-solving skills are
essential for being successful in this role. Responsibilities:
- Manage company facilities, including space planning/design,
vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services.
Communication and coordination with office leasing company for any
service requests.
- Business documents management - Maintain all office documents
(physical and digital copies) - Accounts, taxes, legal, customer
agreements and employee files, etc. Receive deliveries; sort and
distribute incoming mail.
- General office management - Manage key office supplies -
stationery, printer ink, water, and refreshments. Ensure general
management of the office by overseeing operational efficiency,
effective communications, and other strategic and tactical
planning
- Assist in Payroll Administration - Collaborates with
Harbinger's Payroll Manager to update required payroll data and
processing.
- Assist Account Manager - Provide supporting information
employee, banking and customer invoice information required for
monthly and yearly accounts processing.
- Banking Services - Manage banking services such as check
deposits, wires, and ACH transfers for all Harbinger entities.
- Employee Communication - Communicate company policies,
supporting documents and processes. Requirements and Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Work experience of 5+ years as an Office Manager.
- Proven administrative experience and organizational
skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
interpersonal skills.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience with banking, invoicing, and accounting
processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other
business productivity tools.
- Experience in managing budgets and expenses.
- Comfortable in-handling confidential information. Work
Authorization: US Citizen or Permanent Resident Duration: Contract
to Hire (On Contract first 2-3 months with potential to convert to
full time)
