employee engagement products - to the next level. We are looking
for a Group Program Manager for our Customer Experience Program
Management team to help people connect, organize, and collaborate
across work, school, and home.
We are looking for an experienced Group Program Manager to drive
business success for our product suite across a vast number of
commercial customers. Key business outcomes include achieving
Product Market Fit for nascent businesses, winning new business,
and coordinating the migration of vast amounts of data to the
Microsoft cloud from on-premises solutions and competitive
platforms. You will be responsible for managing a team of 20+
customer experience program managers who seek to synthesize
customer needs, coordinate on-boarding/expansion plans, and
influence roadmaps to unlock new capabilities that drive customer
success and growth. This role is a mix of product thinking,
technical horsepower, business analysis, cross-team collaboration,
and significant external customer engagement. We are looking for a

Leadership, Customer centric, x-team bridge building. Signaling

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Capable of managing a team of 20+ people and managing/coaching
frontline managers
Proven track record of being customer driven and obsessed.
Partner with customer and Account Teams to prioritize and plan
customer engagements and programs across cloud and on-premises
workloads to deliver major data migration results.
Define outcomes to improve the health, performance, and business
capabilities of the Microsoft collaboration suite to drive customer
value realization.
Drive quality planning and delivery of Microsoft FastTrack services
to realize customer business outcomes and overall experience with
Microsoft cloud services.
Orchestration, customer sponsor management, and stakeholder
communication of prioritized competitive engagements.
Engage with customers to triage, prioritize, and address customer
feedback.
Regularly present new strategic plans, customer showcases and
competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.
Partners with OneDrive and SharePoint teams to continue to build
out together a single, shared product that balances cost,
opportunity and delivering customer success.
Connect with key partners & influencers across the company as
appropriate to help agitate for and drive the end-to-end customer
experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in
product/service/project/program management or software
development
OR equivalent experience.
6+ years people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of success in leading a team driving complex
technical engagement management and/or program management required.
Prior work experience in a Director of Program Manager or
Engagement Manager position focused on Cloud and software/services
solution preferred.
Leadership: This role requires strong communication skills, as well
as displaying executive presence and confidence in varying levels
of customer situations. Must be capable of showing leadership in
teams comprised of Microsoft, Partner and customer resources who
may be engaged in the delivery of complex solutions for overall
customer success.
Relationship Building: Proven track record of building
relationships with senior customer executives in large or highly
strategic accounts. Experience in managing various stakeholder
relationships to get consensus on solutions/engagements
required.
Program Management: Excellent skills in planning for a portfolio of
engagements, cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration,
communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail
required.
Collaboration and Communication: Proven track record of driving
decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring
follow-through with verbal and written communication. Strong
presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large
and small audiences and various levels of management (Senior
Executives, IT management, Database administrators and Data
Scientist).
Technical: Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures,
architecture designs, and migrations preferred. Knowledge of market
trends and competitive insights preferred. Understanding of partner
ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve
customer needs preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Engineering or related field preferred.
Product Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role
across the U.S. is USD $158,500 - $276,600 per year. There is a
different range applicable to specific work locations, within the
San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the
base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,800 -
$304,200 per year.
