A Lead Inventory Management Analyst for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Redmond, WA area. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the availability of goods and products, optimizing inventory levels, and managing warehouse operations.

responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory control protocols to maintain and improve the company's inventory situation.
  
  
• Analyze inventory statistics to determine materials that are over or under safety stock levels, usage rate, projection selling, and make recommendations accordingly.
  
  
• Place inventory orders and track shipments, allocate inventory to the correct departments, and arrange pickups and shipments.
  
  
• Direct buyers and stockroom workers and perform regular inventory counts.
  
  
• Draft inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data and report inventory statistics to management.
  
  
• Collaborate with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue and maintain inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.
  
  
• Use data analytics, Excel, and Power BI to analyze inventory statistics and other data to make recommendations for inventory control.Skills:
  
  
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    
    
  • Demonstrate proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
    
    
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
