Job Description:

Kforce is looking for a Business Program Manager for an enterprise client in Redmond, WA. Roles and Responsibilities: Business Management operations to support Viva product marketing team:

• Business Manager will build and maintain operational processes for the team including team ROBs
• Manage weekly team meeting agenda/topics/notes/action items
• Manage team OKR process from ideation through close out including tracking to goals, and updates
• Champion the budget process, including regular reporting, forecasting, and tracking
• Proactively manage budget by regularly auditing internal systems, hosting 1:1 with budget owners, and attending budget meetings on behalf of the team/Senior Director
• As a Business Manager, you will craft communications around budget, OKRs, and other ROBs to keep PMM team aligned to organization wide workback schedules and timelines
• Manage ROB for team/product marketing syncs across a portfolios of products (schedule meetings/track updates/status/notes)
• Respond to ad-hoc requests and project coordination work Marketing and project management support:
  • Create marketing assets (communications and decks) for internal presentations, customer meetings, and keynote engagements
  • Business Manager, you will collaborate with team members and other vendors to create assets including PMMs, graphic designer, and copywriter
  • Project coordination across product launch assets
  • Ad-hoc content creation work to support Product Marketers as needed
  • Administrative activities for team events
