About the role

We, the Intelligent Campus Operations team is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Redmond, WA area. The purpose of this position is to provide OT network and cybersecurity expertise as a program manager of medium to large, cross-functional projects and programs! End to end management of programs specific to intelligent campus platform (ICP) including OT systems management, IoT and building automation test lab, new software technology platforms, and RE&F's Facilities Systems Business Rules (FSBR). Considered the lead in aspects of OT network system design, application development road mapping, and smart campus operations. Defines new solution and architectural requirements of vendor partners, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms. Serves as liaison between business and technology to develop technical strategies and roadmaps. Mentors team members in new tools and technologies.

What you'll do

• Provide consultative mentorship in OT network design and deployment for facility systems and sensors.
• Ensure program success from start to finish, guiding teams through project completion.
• Document development requirements for database, applications, and OT networking system environments.
• May provide consultation or input on projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor for a particular application or technology
• Assist client with vision statement and handle/present long-term program roadmap and initiatives.
• Lead a data team to run intelligent campus and IoT ingestion
• Work with project management to establish goals and achievements to ensure timely completion of tasks, stay informed of progress and risks, and clear roadblocks.
• Establish ROB with vendors, SMEs, and account/CBRE leadership
• Facilitate meetings with project teams, SMEs, and clients to drive advancement of program.
• Use critical metrics as established by client and CBRE leadership for reporting program successes.
• Ensure cross functionality of applicable programs to provide the greatest value to the client.
• Review programs for efficacy and future-proofing, proposing/implementing changes to drive value and future-proofed design.
• Evaluate platform technologies for competitive advantages, including CBRE Platform capabilities.

  Supervisory responsibilities
  
  Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Recommend same for reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop proficiencies.
  
  EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple teams/processes. Typically has 7+ years of experience in the following:
  • OT networking
  • Digitization of operations
  • Building automation and IoT ingestion
  • Agile project management
  • Team leadership and development
  • Program management
  • Vendor management
    
    CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
    
    PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
    
    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Program Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Program Manager position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
