Job Description:

Kforce is looking for a Seasonal Campaign Marketing Manager for an enterprise client in Redmond, WA. This person will work directly but independently with our Senior Seasonal Campaign Manager to lead campaign management efforts. Summary: This person must be able to dive in and take ownership of respective campaigns as well as partner with other members of the team across the Company channels and Storefronts. We are looking for someone who will take the initiative to ramp up quickly in this role, be proactive, not be afraid to ask questions, and will look beyond just the task assigned to understand the greater picture & where opportunities are. Management areas could include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the digital goods/gaming subject matter expert for the team
• Lead campaigns end-to-end
• Develop strategic briefs that are informed by the business, competitive landscape and align to customer segmented approach
• Lead cross-team alignment with outbound channel partners and other cross teams to develop campaign go-to-market strategy that will come to life across all channels
• Work effectively through an influence model at all levels of the organization, including obtaining senior management and cross-team alignment and buy-in on plans to execute
• Develop communications to inform wider company and senior leadership teams of campaign approach, creative, and marketing plans
• Maintain strong partnership to help lead the creative process with internal teams
• Facilitate campaign updates and discussions in large groups, informing teams of critical upcoming milestones and campaign tracking
• Work closely with Store and cross-company channel and measurement teams to gather, analyze, and summarize insightful campaign reports that will impact future workstreams
• Guide global markets on strategy and execution to ensure effective execution across markets
• Lead Back to School and Holiday value proposition component of campaigns
