DESIGNATIONService ManagerROLE DESCRIPTION ---- Understand the requirements, seeing through the project from conception to completion.--- Support contractually obligated program deliverables, including the implementation of internal controls and processes.--- Understand project deliverables and coordinate tasks across various departments and teams.--- Orchestrate Customer meetings and events.--- Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting and helping implement features on time.--- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measures--- Manage the Power BI Dashboards.--- Conduct the required Azure training(s) for the project.--- Help with additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.--- Manage Team and motivate the team to drive for delivery excellence.SKILLS--- Service Manager with -6 years of experience--- Ability to manage Customer Communications, excellent communication, and coordination skills--- Good Knowledge and experience in handling of project (Agile) methodology and techniques.--- Prior Microsoft experience will be added advantage.--- Expert in Incident Management and understand the lifecycle of Incidents.--- Understanding and the working experience of Azure services--- Good documentation skills for Programs, Process, and applications--- Expert in MS Office skills--- Knowledge of developing Power BI reports will be an added advantage--- Strong leadership and management skills--- Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a head for problem solving.--- Experience as a Software Developer or Tester is preferred.Mandatory:Technical / Soft Skills Expertise Level (Expert / Good / Knowledge)Project Management ExpertGood Communication ExpertProject Management - Agile GoodPower BI Knowledge / GoodSalary Range: $100K to $110K Equal Employment Opportunity Policy: LTIMindtree provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
