    What you will do-
    The Senior Project Manager located in Redmond, WA will be responsible for project & stakeholder management, people management (where applicable) and the technical assessment of all assigned projects. The Senior Project Manager will successfully lead an engineering team to deliver key programs or projects per associated timelines, quality requirements, and budget.
    Additional Responsibilities:


    • Will be responsible for leading product and/or component manufacturing and product transfers


    • Assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project


    • Deliver a project's objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality


    • Lead Product Transfer implementation initiatives while tightly managing project spend on capital & expense budgets


    • Define and clarify project scope while developing and maintaining the project schedule. Ownership for managing and reporting project progress


    • Work closely with Design, Quality, and Sourcing to drive successful project implementation


    • Participate in the selection, training and performance appraisal process of project resources, including temporary contract SMEs as required


    • Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and appropriately managing project risk and liaise with broader AO team on common PT issues and resolutions


    • Establishment of priorities, imparting a sense of urgency and importance to the team while using project management tools and techniques to support the delivery of new products per cost and time commit


    • All other duties as assigned


      What you need-


      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required


      • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required


      • Demonstrated leadership in Project Management required


      • Engineering experience in Product/Process transfers in a regulated environment- highly preferred


      • PMP certification - preferred


        $109,400 - $180,500 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
