JOB DESCRIPTION
Skiltrek is looking for Technical Program Manager to sit remotely. This person will be working with external customers of Microsoft. They will be on Teams meetings daily with customers and working with other PMs and engineering teams. They need to have great communication and be able to understand and work with a CRM system daily. Any ticketing experience or PM related work experience is ideal. This person will be doing 20% meeting with customers where they will be handling documentation and monitoring of the meeting and 80% support, reporting, documentation, working with engineering teams to relay customer needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of Project or Program Management

1+ years of Customer facing experience -- specifically working with external customers

Dashboard experience with PowerBi or Tableau

Collaboration to work with all PMs and engineers

Experience with Azure or another cloud environment

Understanding admin tools -- CRM -- entering customer data

Microsoft office
DESIRED SKILLS
Data forms management such as SQL or even Excel

Azure DevOps or any ticketing system experience

Experience with Edge applications or Edge infrastructure
