Job Description:
Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: Excellent
organizational and program management skills, with proven ability
to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and end to end Web
Development Well-developed communication and project management
skills are required. Experience with SDLC methodologies such as:
Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile methodologies is preferred. 7+
years of experience as a Program Manager or related experience.
Proven ability to plan, create and maintain a highly effective
production schedule for multiple disciplines in all phases of
development, from concept to completion. Demonstrated ability to
drive and influence across teams towards adoption of engineering
best practices. Well-developed communication skills, both written
and verbal, along with project management skills and seasoned and
conflict resolution. Be results driven and possess a growth mindset
with the ability to collaborate with others. Capable of balancing a
project's production requirements within budget and staff
limitations while ensuring high production values are never
compromised. Responsibilities: Work at various stages of
development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the
highest possible quality. Create and maintain the project schedule;
ensure teams are on track with their deliverables. Communicate with
engineers and business stakeholders on project requirements and
deliverables. Keep the team aware of milestones deliverables and
goals through all phases of development. Identify risks in advance
and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks
turn into fires. Manage the migration of AEM pages and content to a
new AEM platform. Experience: Years of Experience Required - 7
plus. Degrees or certifications required - No. A technical
background is idea. Must have Web development and understanding of
the enterprise. Disqualifiers - No web experience & no experience
in AME. Best vs. Average - Open to big tech & start up experience.

applications or web applications in general 7 years plus Years of
Experience Working in an A technical industry 7 years plus Years of
Experience Working in agile and managing backlogs 5 plus Years of
Experience PM within an agile organization 5 Years of Experience
Software development skills experience, started out as a web
developer or something similar to that. 2 plus Years of Experience
