About the Role:
Position: Program Manager Tech
Duration: 02-18 months
Key Responsibilities:
You will work on the initial planning and design of features, manage the specifications and timeline of their development, and monitor their on-going operation to better understand customer experiences
Demonstrated ability in estimating development time and relevant challenges to delivery.
Familiarity with managing complex project schedules and nurturing cross-group collaboration.
Deep passion for quality user experiences, informed and measured by data.
Demonstrated ability in supporting feature definition, design, and feasibility.
Professional experience building software for customers
Will work collaboratively with our team of program managers, software engineers, designers, and testers to ensure new features delight our users and add strategic value for: Education Edition.
You will be expected to demonstrate an ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods, and processes to leverage in your solutions.
Demonstrated ability to support and influence multiple stakeholders to achieve positive results and improvements of the product and customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Interpret requirements and build a plan.
Ability to convey plans with clarification.
Communication and organization
Desired Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in relevant field
Location: 100% Remote (PST Hours)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $104,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
