767 Business Operations Specialist 4 (MIS) Company: The Boeing
Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a
Business Operations Specialist to join the 767 Business Operations
Team located in Everett, WA. In this high visibility role,
successful candidates will assist in driving business planning and
decision making, operations, and business insights up and down the
BCA value stream. This role offers the unique opportunity to work
closely with senior executives and learn the BCA business from the
inside out. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
successfully managing projects from initiation through completion,
ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within
budget. This role requires effective communication, influence, and
organizational skills, as well as the ability to work
collaboratively across teams and functions. Position
Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Insights: Assist in providing
timely data analysis and business insights to support the
organization's decision-making processes. Understand basic
requirements for reports and dashboards and collaborate with
appropriate focals / teams Business Performance: Track performance
to plan, and provide regular updates on the status, trends, risks,
and opportunities to the organization's leaders. Create or
collaborate to develop tools to support. Integration and
collaboration: Ensure integration across programs/functions and the
enterprise on management system and integration requirements and
key initiatives. Facilitate data sharing, collaboration, and
communication between different teams and departments to promote
alignment and synergy. Flexible and nimble on short notice – based
on current business environment. Project Management: Develop,
coordinate and integrate projects to achieve desired outcome.
Create schedules and communicate plans regularly throughout the
lifecycle of the project System review and updates: Periodic
reviews of the management system to ensure it effectively meets the
needs of the business. Proactively anticipate evolving needs /
changes in the business and identify areas for improvement, gather
feedback from users, and implement updates and enhancements as
needed. Ensure management system processes are documented & updates
as needed. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 7
years of experience in Program Management Experience developing and
maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers,
stakeholders, peers and partners Experience managing multiple
projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Managing high level projects for Executives or

Summary pay range : $118,320 - $140,060 Language Requirements: Not
