Summary
Washington Permanente Medical Group, the Pacific Northwest's
top-rated multi-specialty group, is currently seeking a BE/BC
Internist or BE/BC Family Medicine physician, with experience
working in Geriatric and/or Hospice/Palliative medicine, to join
our Home Health Hospice team. This is an hourly locum position for
backfill coverage. The Home-Based Hospice and Palliative Care
service is highly dependent on interprofessional collaboration. The
physician will be a key partner in shaping the care model through
active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings as well as
process and quality improvement opportunities. In addition to
fostering a culture of collaboration and a high functioning team
within the Hospice-Palliative Care Service, the Hospice-Palliative
Medicine physician will be an ambassador within the medical group
to promote awareness, knowledge, and skill in delivering palliative
and end-of-life care
Redmond Medical Center at Riverpark is comprised of Family
Medicine, Pediatrics, General Internal Medicine, Pediatric Physical
& Occupational Therapy, Social Work Services, and Speech, Language
& Learning Services. Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology on site. Office
hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
As a condition of employment, all clinicians and employees are

Required
Medical Degree MD/DO or better.
Experience
Required
All applicants must possess a full range of clinical skills and an
interest in working with an innovative group practice.
BC/BE Hospice and Palliative Medicine or BC/BE Geriatrics Recent
experience working in an interdisciplinary team delivering Hospice
and/or Palliative Care Medicine.
All applicants must have an unrestricted Washington State Medical
License and Federally Issued DEA license.
