Job Description:
Seeking a full-time LPN with a starting rate of $34/hr and a
$5,000 sign-on bonus. Shifts available from 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.
Benefits include mileage reimbursement, weekly paychecks, shift

generous PTO. Responsibilities involve promoting resident health
through medication administration, clinical procedures,
documentation, and ensuring safety per care plans. Must ensure
accurate medication counts, communicate effectively, assist in
staff orientation, and maintain competency per CMS standards.
Requirements include NY LPN licensure, strong communication skills,
basic computer knowledge, physical endurance, and age 18+. Join a
