As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You'll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child's journey toward greater independence and confidence. You have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus!) ? You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience ? You're at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact Experience with children with special needs is a bonus - but not required. Start at $19.50 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $24.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT - Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
