EMR: HCHB - EXP REQUIRED Years of experience REQ: 1 year min,
recent Average of patients/day: 4-6 Open schedule: M-F, Tues-Sat,
Wed-Sun Guaranteed Hours: 40 Types of Cases: Geriatric- end of life
care Certs REQ: BLS Is on-call REQ? No, but weekend coverage may be
needed - please discuss during interview Territory: up to a 60-mile
radius from the hub/ office Locals accepted: Yes, and at travel
rate First Time Travelers: NO License in hand pay breakdown:5x8
DAYS Weekly Gross:$2,600/wk Hourly Blended Rate:$65/hr Taxable
