Job Description:
Stellar Living is seeking an experienced Health and Wellness
Director to oversee the overall health and wellness programs across
our senior living facilities. This role is instrumental in
developing and implementing innovative health and wellness programs
tailored to the needs of our senior residents, with a focus on
enhancing their quality of life and maintaining the highest
standards of healthcare. The Health and Wellness Director will lead
a team of healthcare professionals and work closely with facility
managers and other staff to ensure that our health services are
delivered with compassion and adherence to professional standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs
tailored to the needs of senior residents. Oversee the medical,
physical, and psychological care provided at the facilities. Manage
and train a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and
wellness staff. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and
local regulations concerning health care and privacy. Regularly
evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven modifications
to enhance services. Collaborate with other departments to
integrate wellness initiatives across all aspects of resident care.
Maintain and establish new partnerships with external healthcare
providers. Proven leadership and management skills in a healthcare
setting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Expertise
in developing and implementing health and wellness programs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulations and standards in healthcare and senior
living. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Valid nursing or healthcare administrator license. Certification in
health and wellness programs, such as a Certified Wellness Program
Coordinator (CWPC) or similar, is highly advantageous.
