Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Silverdale, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,655 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Cath Lab Pre/Post Recovery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 or 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: WA license or Compact license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Required competencies for this role include the ability to admit and recover patients for various cardiac procedures. Description: The Cath Lab Pre/Post Recovery unit RN position involves working in a busy multimodality lab. This unit has a total of 23 bays, including recovery lounge chairs. The average number of cases per day is around 30. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC. Nurses must have current BLS and ACLS certifications as well as NIHSS certification. Call is required 5-7 days a month by sign-up. Response time for call is ideally within 30 minutes, although a 60-minute response is acceptable. On-call duties occur during weekends and holidays. The recovery unit operates Monday to Friday from 5 AM to 9:30 PM, with common shifts being negotiable. Floating to other units is not customary unless for emergency response. Floor-specific orientation typically lasts less than one week if competencies are met. Common cases include left and right heart caths, complex PCI, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and peripheral vascular cases. The environment is welcoming and supportive of traveling nursing staff. This role is necessary due to the expansion of services, and there are no staff resignations involved.
