Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Olympia, WA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,786 to $1,980 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title Registered Nurse - ER City/State: Olympia, Washington Shift: Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00 Contract Length: 36 weeks Start Date: 03/23/2026 Job Description: Provide emergency room care to a diverse patient population ranging from neonate to geriatric with varying acuity levels, using established protocols and procedures under the supervision of a charge nurse. Responsibilities: Manage patient care in an 8-room facility with additional hallway capacity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EPIC EMR system. Collaborate with team members and provide a high standard of nursing care involving intravenous therapy, cardiac monitoring, and general emergency response. Contribute to unit efficiency by participating in resource management and maintaining communication with supporting staff. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience required. Current RN licensure with certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS; preference for CPI or MOAB. Demonstrated competency in providing care for patients with conditions including alcohol/drug abuse and cardiac issues. Familiarity with MHS tele exam and willingness to complete traveler telemetry competency prior to start. Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part I
