We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting Speech Language Pathologists in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within our school settings, helping to implement comprehensive treatment plans that empower and enable students to thrive academically and socially. Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing therapy programs. Document student progress and prepare reports for evaluations. Support students during classroom and one-on-one sessions. Prepare materials and set up equipment for therapy sessions. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress. Adhere to all school and district privacy and safety policies. Strong understanding of speech-language disorders and therapy techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement planned therapy sessions. Capability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k SLPA certification (state-specific requirements may vary). BLS certification preferred.
