Job Description PRIDE Health is seeking a local contract Clinic Echo Technician for a local contract job in Everett, Washington. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Echo Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Pride Health is hiring an Echo Sonographer to support our client’s medical facility in Everett, WA (98201). This is a 3 month contract assignment (convertible to permanent based on your work performance). and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Specific Duties: - Perform high?quality transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) following ASE guidelines. - Assist with stress echocardiograms and trans oesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) as needed. - Prepare, position, and educate patients before and during procedures. - Operate and adjust ultrasound equipment to obtain accurate cardiac images. - Capture, measure, and document cardiac structures, valves, and blood flow. - Upload images and enter preliminary findings into PACS/EMR for cardiologist review. - Communicate urgent or abnormal findings promptly following clinical protocols. - Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure proper functioning. - Follow infection control, patient safety, and HIPAA standards always. - Support workflow by managing schedules, maintaining logs, and assisting with training when required.
