Job Description An established and well-equipped small animal
hospital in Seattle is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian
to its collaborative three-doctor team. This is a great opportunity
for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine in a
supportive environment where teamwork and strong client
relationships are central to the hospital’s culture. The practice
offers a modern clinical environment with advanced diagnostic
tools, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and a fully
equipped in-house laboratory. The caseload is varied and engaging,
covering routine wellness, internal medicine, surgery, and
dentistry, giving doctors the opportunity to develop and utilize a
broad range of clinical skills. The hospital is supported by
experienced technicians and a dedicated support team, helping
ensure efficient workflow and allowing veterinarians to focus on
delivering excellent patient care. You would be joining a
well-established three-DVM team that values collaboration and
knowledge-sharing. Doctors work closely with the hospital manager
and regional leadership to maintain high clinical standards and
ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The schedule also promotes a
healthy work-life balance, with no after-hours emergencies and only
one Saturday morning shift (9am–1pm) every four weeks. The
compensation package is highly competitive, with a base salary
ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, alongside significant sign-on,
retention, and relocation incentives. Combined with strong clinical
resources and a supportive team culture, this role offers a stable

equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine
in the US You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Washington
