This role involves implementing strategies and support systems that positively affect student learning and mental health in a vibrant school setting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in psychological assessment, counseling, and program development to foster a supportive environment for students across all grades. Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational strategies Develop and implement intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student emotional and academic needs Provide crisis management services for students when necessary Lead training sessions for staff on mental health practices Expertise in psychological assessment tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create and implement effective intervention plans Crisis management Knowledge of special education regulations and policies Medical Insurance 401k Valid state license in School Psychology National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP) preferred
