Opportunity: Join a close-knit Hospital Medicine team as a full-time Hospitalist Physician providing inpatient care in a community hospital setting. This role offers an excellent balance of professional fulfillment, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful local impact. Details: - Work alongside a collaborative team of four physicians and two APPs - Full-time schedule: 10 on / 10 off with a balanced mix of day and night shifts - Practice in an acute care hospital with an open ICU and limited subspecialty support - Comfortable with basic ventilator management and general inpatient procedures (procedural competency preferred but not required) - Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Strong emphasis on patient-centered care, teamwork, and community engagement Compensation: - Annual compensation: $300,000 – $340,000 - Comprehensive benefits package including: - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
