Job Description:

An outpatient Hematology practice in Seattle, Washington is seeking a Board Certified Hematologist for a full-time locum assignment focused primarily on benign and malignant hematology cases, without solid tumor oncology responsibilities. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday Friday schedule, strong clinical support staff, and a collaborative outpatient environment utilizing Epic EMR to help address an active provider vacancy.

• Start date: ASAP
• Assignment length: 6 12 months
• Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately days

• Practice setting: Outpatient Hematology clinic
• Clinical focus:
  • Benign and malignant hematology
  • No solid tumor oncology coverage required
  • Approximate case mix:
    • 60% benign hematology
    • 40% malignant hematology
• Average patient volume:
  • patients per day

• Board Certified in Hematology required
• Active state license or IMLC LOQ required
• Residency and fellowship training required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• DEA highly preferred and required by start date
• Clean background and malpractice history required
• NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days required at presentation
