Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 4x10hrs - Hours: 40 hrs/wk - Start Date: Apr 6, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in a fast-paced IR department supporting vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists. Details - Work in a fast-paced Interventional Radiology department at a 325-bed short-term acute care hospital - Department includes Philips rooms (one biplane) and one GE Hybrid room - Supports vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists - 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Charting via Epic (experience required) - Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within Washington State Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of IR Technologist experience required - Active BLS and ARRT (R) certifications required - Active Washington State license required (license required if applicable); pending licenses are not accepted - IR/CV certification preferred - Epic EMR experience required - At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting - SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information - First-time travelers are welcome to apply - Candidates with a permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract - Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler - All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; RTO requests made after submission or offer may be denied - Travelers who refuse float assignments may be subject to termination of the assignment American Traveler Job ID P-682131.
